Operations Plan The business will operate Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with client consultations available outside those hours as needed. If work performed needs to be scheduled after hours of operation, a premium charge will be added to the agreed contract or scope of work billing.
Payment schedule/ Company charges 25% down payment required for projects over $250. Final payment issued upon completion of contracted service agreement. Contract must be signed off from the owner listed in the original contract agreement. Each project that is 50 miles or more receives a $20 trip charge. Each project that exceeds $500 will receive a 2.5% discount. Projects that exceed $950 will receive a 7.5% discount. Cash payments receive 3% discount.
Warranty Workmanship is warranted for 30 days. This warranty does not cover: • Wear and tears or misuse • Owner-supplied material failure • Environmental/weather-related damage • Structural or mechanical failure outside of our scope
